Workshop Waiver
I authorize and release all photographs taken at Hammer & Stain DIY Workshop, and in consideration of registering and paying for my participation and the supplies and materials for this activity, I hereby release Hammer & Stain and all its subsidiaries, their agents, their employees and the property/building owner of all liability for any injuries or accidents that may occur while participating in this workshop. Participants agree to the above terms.
Please note current in studio workshop health guidelines are as follows:
Wearing or not wearing a mask in studio is your own personal choice and preference.
If you have had a fever or cough in the past week, do not feel well or have been in contact with someone who has been ill please do not attend the workshop.
Only those preregistered for the workshop may attend during workshop hours. NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOP! A studio credit will be given if 48 notice is provided!

Once your order has been submitted, we immediately begin the production process of your personalized stencil. Due to customization of all orders we cannot offer refunds. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. In doing so, we will offer full reservation payment as a future credit for any available workshop of the same value. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a studio credit. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.
