Once your order is submitted, we immediately begin production of your design. Due to customization of all workshops NO REFUNDS. If you must cancel it requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the workshop to receive a store credit for a future event of the same value. Same day cancellations or no shows will not receive credit.

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. In doing so, we will offer full reservation payment as a future credit for any available workshop of the same value. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a studio credit. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.
