Registration closes December 20th 2022. No cancellations after deadline.
Once your order has been submitted, we immediately begin the process of production. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS!Please email us email@example.com with any questions or concerns.

*Substitutions changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved and submitted at least 14 days prior to your event. If approved, a customization fee of $25 will apply.

Once your order is submitted, we immediately begin production of your design. Due to customization of all workshops NO REFUNDS. If you cancel 48 hours prior to the workshop a store credit will be provided for a future workshop. Same day cancellations or no shows will not receive a credit.
Please note current in studio workshop health guidelines are as follows:
Wearing or not wearing a mask in studio is your own personal choice and preference.
If you have had a fever or cough in the past week, do not feel well or have been in contact with someone who has been ill please do not attend the workshop.
Only those preregistered for the workshop may attend during workshop hours.

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. In doing so, we will offer full reservation payment as a future credit for any available workshop of the same value. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a studio credit. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.
