Refund policy

Once orders are submitted we immediately begin the production process. Due to all designs being customized orders we cannot provide refunds on workshops.  However, if you cancel within at least 48 hours notice, we will offer your full reservation fee toward a store credit that can be applied to a future available workshop.  Please email us at hammerandstaineasternshore@gmail.com to cancel.  No shows or same day cancellations forfeit payments.
